RETURN POLICY

No returns without prior authorization.

All returns must be approved within 15 days of the original order date.

Wheels and/or tires that have been mounted are not eligible for return or damage claims after final installation.

If returning for any other reason, ship the product back in the original packaging within 15 days of the original invoice date for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is in place to help us recoup the original shipping & fulfillment costs. If you refuse a shipment, the cost for the carrier to ship the product back to us will also be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

No returns on used products. If you have an issue with a product that was already installed and/or used, please contact us.

If an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Please allow 7-14 days for us to process your return and issue the refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Core Exchanges --- On some items we require a core charge for parts. You are responsible for sending the parts in acceptable condition for us to use them again. We are not responsible for damage to items sent to us. Be sure to properly package and protect these parts as they can be easily damaged if dropped or mishandled. Core charge will be refunded when parts are received, inspected, and verified they are good cores for exchanges.
